Every morning when the lines open at 08.00 we have a limited number of appointments released for the day, as well as any cancellations made. Should you need an appointment please call but please bear in mind that these are limited.
The same appointments will also be made available at 08.00 every day on our online booking system.
GP and Nurse Appointments
For clinical safety, every appointment has a 10 minute limit.
Please do not ask the GP or the Nurse to deal with more than one problem in this time.
If you have multiple problems, please prioritise them and book more appointments.
Double appointments can only be made at the discretion of the practice.
Daily when you contact the surgery between 08:00-10:00 your name can be added to the GP Telephone Triage List.
All patients added to this list will be called back by the GP and the GP will then triage the call and book an appropriate appointment with the available clinical team member if needed.
When doing this the reception team will need a 2 word reason for you to go onto the triage list to help aid the GPs when making calls.
Every Saturday through February and March we run extended hours clinics seeing patients with minor illnesses. These can be booked in advanced only, which can be made via calling into the surgery and booking through the reception team.
